Olives are hand-picked from the finest orchards in the Tarom region and transported to the factory. Upon arrival, they are inspected for quality by our quality control unit. After approval, they undergo the debittering process, where precise control of this stage is essential to preserve the texture of the olives. Following thorough washing, the olives are fed into a sorting machine, where they are graded by weight. They are then packaged using fully automatic machinery into metal cans and glass jars. A brine solution consisting of water, vinegar, and salt is added, and the product is sent through a pasteurization tunnel to be pasteurized. This ensures that the final product is completely organic and natural, containing no preservatives. Its shelf life is guaranteed by the presence of salt and vinegar, as well as the pasteurization process.
